So glad the party season is over its back to the gym- last week i started a new diet and new training plan 5day a week for 2months. Last week I put on 3kg of muscle and my body mass is 24.9 which is perfect weight for me. Already iv notice I cant fit into some of my clothes which means ill have to get a new wardrobe which is fine with me. Im starting the year with a healthy mind,healthy body and new job and new me.
